One thing we’ve learned during the process of developing our SmartHomes, and indeed in the 43 years that we have been providing services to people with developmental disabilities in Boulder and Broomfield counties, is that we can’t do it alone.

Federal, state, and local governments are all partnering with us as we continue the construction process on our Longmont SmartHome. We are so grateful to the US Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Colorado Division of Housing, and the City of Longmont for their willingness to partner with us as we explore new ways of providing services for individuals with developmental disabilities.
